Processing & Shipping

Processing Times:

Once we received your order, It will be shipped within 2 business days.  Orders received on Friday after 3PM EST will be processed on Monday the following week.

Tracking numbers will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the status to be updated in the post office system.

Shipping Times:

Our shipping times are quoted by the carriers.

• USA: 3-5 business days
• CAD: 7-12 business days
• UK & EU: 7-12 business days
• AU & NZ: 14-18 business days

Please expect longer processing & shipping times during the holidays.
